Terms of sale

1. General provisions

Online store printsik.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is owned by Printsik Disain OÜ (registration code 17270985), located in Harju County, Saue parish, Laagri alevik, Avamaa tn 9-11. 

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store. Before making a purchase, we ask the buyer to read these terms and conditions carefully.

In addition to the terms and conditions of sale, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia applies to purchases made from the online store.

The online store reserves the right to change and supplement the terms of sale, services and price list.

The online store reserves the right to refuse orders if the design or message submitted by the buyer is not in accordance with the goals and ethical principles of the online store or if there is a suspicion that the buyer does not have the necessary rights to use the design.

2. Product and price information

The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of products sold in the online store are in euros (€).

The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. 

Information about the product is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.

Product images displayed in the online store may be for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. The online store describes the main features of the products. If the buyer has any questions about the features of the product, we recommend that you contact the online store before purchasing.

3. Order processing

To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

  • Estonian bank payments
  • Finnish bank payments
  • Latvian bank payments
  • Lithuanian bank payments
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Return to merchant" button on the bank page.

Payments are made by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio. The Seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to be paid to the Online Store's current account.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor. To Montonio Finance OÜ.

After placing an order, the Online Store will send an automatic order confirmation to the buyer's email address, indicating the conclusion of the sales contract.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

4. Delivery

The online store offers various delivery methods. The buyer can choose between the following options when placing an order:

  • Parcel machine – the goods are delivered to the parcel machine selected by the buyer, from where the buyer can pick them up using the door code.
  • Courier service – the goods will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer (the courier will contact the buyer if necessary to specify the delivery time).
  • The buyer must pick up the goods themselves. This delivery option must be agreed separately with the Online Store.

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.

The buyer bears the shipping costs of the goods and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. 

Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery generally takes place within 10 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within 30 calendar days. 

If the Online Store has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation about delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Store applies. 

 5. Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

According to § 53(4) of the Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the consumer who is a party to the contract or manufactured in accordance with the conditions provided by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. 

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store. 

If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, properties and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in value of the goods. 

To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it to the Online Store's email address no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. 

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. the wrong or defective item). 

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he or she has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. 

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store will immediately refund to the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal form, all fees received from the buyer under the contract. 

The online store may refuse to issue refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first. 

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the consumer any costs that exceed the costs associated with the standard delivery method. 

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake. 

6. Right to file a claim

The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months of discovering a defect by sending an email to info@printsik.ee.

The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered due to the consumer's actions or inaction (incorrect use, accident, etc.) or if the item is subject to normal wear and tear due to normal use.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer. 

The online store will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

7. Processing of personal data

The online store processes the Buyer's personal data (e.g. name, contact details, delivery address, payment information) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Personal data necessary for fulfilling the order will be transferred to third-party service providers only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service - e.g. to a logistics company for the delivery of the goods and to a payment service provider for the payment. These partners are obliged to protect personal data and use them only for the provision of the service.

The Online Store will only send newsletters or offers to the Buyer if the Buyer has given their consent. The Buyer has the option to opt out of such communications at any time by using the opt-out link in the newsletter or by notifying the Online Store.

8. Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the email address info@printsik.ee.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can review the procedural terms and submit an application. here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the Committee is free of charge.
